Clearing out the shed I found a very old bottle of polish/restorer. Used it to replace the tired, dull, dirty, porous wing tops with lovely clean shiny waterproof ones. Used it up on the wing sides, doors, front and rear sides. Now need to see if I've got another bottle somewhere which will polish the rear, and put a second layer on the sides. It's amazing what a difference half an hour in the cold winter sun can make. It's like having a new Landy! Let's see if it's also fixed the worn synchromesh!! :)

Yayyyy Betsy passed her MOT , well except she failed initially on a track rod end link thingy , phaff ...she's all done for another year , but i'm gonna book her in for an injector harness renewal - just to be on the safe side , at 71,000 i don't want any mid life crisis' of the ECU kind..

well it was yesterday now but I had a look at adjusting my tb lever and replaced the rivets with screws with the clip on threads so no more drilling and riveting when I replace my reverse light switch :)

Result :) TREs are always wearing out.

Probably a sensible precaution with the harness too :clap2:
