Done the annual rear cross member tlc session, took advantage of the sunshine. Steering guard and new fuel pressure regulator tomorrow. Spend, spend, spend! :D
 
She did a 60 mile round trip to tow a boat home for a mate, and she didn't miss a beat!

Steady 70 plus on the motorway, but kept down to 40 on the way back as the nose weight of the trailer was only about 7lbs!

Complete new set of stop/tail lights rear indicators and x 4 light guards....ohhhh and a alarm not a bad couple of hours work :)
 
Looked at the series when i went into the garden.

Then went over and took a friends defender in for an mot as i'm thinking of buying it, only 6 fails and they were all simple ones!
 
Fitted new air con condenser, rewire charging port to front bumper so don't need to open bonnet to plug in charger for battery.

Nice and cold air con now but the sun is gone........
 
painted my rear cross member which has turned into an entire repaint so i spent half an hour today rubbing down the rear tailgate.......
