Love how happy the liver and white one looks to be in the car.
A ah Meg she’s the quiet one that’s after a 4h walk (well we were walking) on the fells looking over ennerdale water
First big walk of this year so they actually had a quiet night after that one
The Main reason I love my Freelander is how dog friendly it is we have the rear dog guard on the tailgate and although it’s always full of dog related issues like hair mud and my personal favourite saliva it’s really easy to clean up

After 1200km roadtrip with dogs finally back home. I vacuumed the whole car. Cleaned the back windows (dogs..). Washed the car. Checked the oil level, no change at all. I start to trust this car now after two over 1000km trips. Even left my Foxwell home for the latest trip. To be honest haven't needed a code reader with the Hippo.

Had it recovered after drive belt came off........annoyed as belt changed recently ( by me ) when pulley replaced......

Had the suspension changed new shocks and coils and the exhaust bracket fixed. I thought was a turbo hose problem but she's quiet again. Need to adjust the handbrake at some point.

After having all the front re-bushed with new lower arms, they got Bilt Hambered to within an inch of its life.
Unfortunately, one job done, three more show themselves. So it was off with the front bumper and underseal the front cross member. Would’ve been rude not to clean the undertray. Still to do:
Treat the tow bar and replace the fuel tank bars.

Rear brakes sticking after the car rests for the night. Time to get the drums off and fully service them with lots of new fiddly springs and clips and stuff I think. Could explain my recent slight increase in fuel consumption.

I've got to do the parking break shoes on my FL2, as they're beginning to stick on when first released.
It's part of the annual service on the FL2, but I've not done it for 2 years.

Flat tyre this morning. Hairline crack in alloy. That'll be the potholes. They are fairly undodgeable around here. Looking for 1 good BBS Vortex 17 inch....anyone ??

There was a pre facelift in my local scrappy with five of them on a little while ago. Would you like me to pop in and see if it's still there?

Putting a new GKN vcu together and hopefully a dry weekend to finish the job off
