Have you got a thread showing the work you have done to your doors and bulkhead? It looks like some serious work has been done there.
There’s various pictures in this thread but I didn’t do a separate thread for it. In hindsight I could have. i have loads of photos myself if there’s something you need to see.

Dropped the under tray so I could get at the exhaust down pipe nuts, christ I wish I hadn’t!

Years of oil and crud caked on everything, spent ages scraping it off into a pile.

Then got most of the exhaust off, downpipe studs were a comparative doddle - then realised I needed to drop the Anti Roll Bar to get the old pipe out.

That’s tomorrow morning then - too knackered
and a beery sunset beckoned

finalised the coolant system :)(fitted last 2 jubilee clips on top hose)

swore @ it again :mad::mad::mad: ('86 Ninety 2.5nad converted to Defender200tdi)

still not made the lower / turbo to intercooler metal pipe (how hard is a 18" length of 2" pipe & 2 jubilee clips:rolleyes:) or started making the airfilter case brackets (Disco 200tdi filter housing into Ninety with Defender200tdi turbo setup)

swore @ it again:D:D:D

Washed it. But now I’ve got the need to polish it too.

Still waiting on a local Indy to get back to me about the welding on the front chassis legs… :rolleyes:

Fitted a new vacuum servo...which meant I had to disconnect the pedal from the servo clevis...which meant I had to remove the clutch fluid sensor to get at it...which meant I had to bleed the clutch as well as the brakes afterwards...I hate Defenders...

...I love Defenders.

Made a little blanking plate to cover the old radio hole until I can decide what needs to go in it.
