It’s warm for them. It’s when they climb into the radiator cowl. I don’t have the fan so plenty of room for them to fall asleep.
Ours do it even if it hasn't been driven. I just think its a good "sneaky" vantage point safe from others.

Had another 100mile weekend of joyful driving
Its had its moments when things fail, they have always made me smile though.and only once since Iv owned it has it not got me home(clutch fork realise arm through the pivot))You must have the most reliable Land Rover on the forum, always seems to be ok.
Would it be worth buying a cheaper roof to cut a hatch into, keeping your original roof?New plate and final lights addition.
Just ordered some challenger wheels arriving in March. I quite like my wheels but they’re painted really badly and are chipping off everywhere so look really ratty.
Shooting hatch goes in on Monday/Tuesday

the person before me already bodged a second sunroof in the back section, so there’s already a hole, and one which leaks aggressively. I don’t think it can get any worse. If anything it’s going to make it more rigid, warmer and quieter.Would it be worth buying a cheaper roof to cut a hatch into, keeping your original roof?
Light covers are a go. Very very happy with how they look. Particularly with the DRL’s.
Just about in for the big chop on the roof for the shooting hatch.
Will report back later in the week with progress.
I like the hand prints on the rear screen. Some blokeknocked on the door and asked if the “jeep” could get him out of a pickle
.
Apparently a friend couldn’t help (out of town) but he said to go see us.
Anyway only 5mins out the back and he’s in deep. It would have looked like an icey puddle but no it’s at least a foot deep with a muddy bottom, (it’s a muddy puddle on goggle earth in the summer most of the time)

He brought me to the front of the stuck car, I said let me drag you the way you went in, cos there is no way any of us want to find a tow point on the front in icey watter.
So got round him, turned round and stopped on solid ground. Ran out about 30ft of winch freewheel.
Then found out I have flat batteries in the remote.
Oh well lo/lock sorted that.
Good deed done.

Presumably you can unlatch the glass and take it out?
You can indeed. Will be mega in the summer as can run without the hatch in.Presumably you can unlatch the glass and take it out?
You could mount a decent machine gun on your front roof rail.
Who, (sorry what) are you going to be shooting?
I like the hand prints on the rear screen.
Find it hard to believe you don't have a toggle switch or other switch on the vehicle for the winch. Or a wired remote. Some blokeknocked on the door and asked if the “jeep” could get him out of a pickle
