Changed the damaged front bumper end cap. Most of the screws came out OK but one was rusted really badly.

Put the egr valve back on cos it was listed as one of the failures on the mot sheet

Watch that pipe, seen so many that have rubbed a nice grooove in from the pulley.

Turning it over to get fuel to the injectors with a hose running through it & my mate lent on the hose

Attempted to replace the drivers door latch, only to discover that the window frame bolt at the front top was rounded out slightly, and there was no way it was coming out. Need to possibly remove the entire door to get a good purchase on it and possibly even drill the damn thing out.
