Towed this Slitty-eyed camper van to the MOT station today, and it passed first time!

Anyone towed anything with their Range Rover Sport or Gaylander today?

Were you the driver of the AA van then or were you called in to shift it?

Called in to shift it, it weighed 2.3 tonnes with all the tools and gear in it and was a bit dodgy to tow over 50 mph so we kept it at 45/50
The old V8 didn't miss a beat and came all the way back in 5th gear except for a couple of steep banks when I changed down one to keep it cool as it was a hot day.

Great day out used a tank of petrol and a tank of gas but all paid for so no worries.

Trailer ran straight as a die and no probs with tyres etc, had to winch it on though with the hand winch which was a pain.:)

Best part was when we pulled up my drive I drove over the rope and lifted the front of the fiesta up.:D
