Speaking of game over scenarios....the entire company I work for has been layed off by the main contractor :( all except me? o_O I get to keep my job but now have no works vehicle so have no choice but to test the P38 to it’s limits, most probably beyond . Will it be capable of a distance further than its ever been, twice daily? Watch this space :eek:

If it’s just consumption that’s bothering you due to a leak you’ll be fine bix. Never seen one be a game over scenario ;)

Yes,
a da de too
Well it does smell very fuelly, down to low teens for mpg. 300 miles a tank is expensive.
Be nice to be able to fix it, but as my only mode of transport I am hesitant to spanner on it. I saw a video on a Facebook P38 group where it was ****ing fuel, so I feel that is the natural progression for me if my seals are goosed. So gotta do something about it. Just need to get some time off.

Checked and we still have leakage through the upper sealing strip on the passenger side at the front of the roof. Need to pop the hatch and run the dehumidifier again. Don't think we're likely to get fixing weather for that before we move though.

Well I'm back on crutches this morning. Only got up from computor last night to go for a drink(non alchoholic) and bam over on me bad knee. The gaffer had to help me to bed and fill me full of codeine. Ah well couple of days rest , ice packs and painkillers and should be back to a state of normality, which for me is being able to breath:D:D
OUCH! Missed this one John. Take it easy matey!
