New radiator fitted which was a piece of cake. Future job sort air suspension that broke when I was road testing the rad..... love my p38!

Whilst replacing the alternator on mine, noticed the serpentine belt was looking cracked. Fitted the new one in less than ten minutes!!!

The Maxi 5 fuse blew after moving the front passenger seat, I managed to fix the short circuit today. I bought one of these Neilsen Car Van Circuit Tracer & Detector Wire Tracing Short Open Circuit Finder | eBay

I bridged the fuse slots using the sender then used the receiver to pick up the short. Must have wired it wrong as it made the right buzzy noises but didn't really pick up the short. However, I heard a fan relay clicking away and it looked as if it was not seated properly, so pushed it in again. I connected the battery again, key in the ignition then the heater blower started working???. Don't know what I did, but it's all working fine again.

Replaced the steering damper. Easy enough job and although only a small test drive, it seems to have ironed out some of the twitchiness I was getting. Will find out for sure when I take it for a blast down the motorway.

My original death wander was caused by the steering box not having been adjusted for god knows how long - one tweak transformed the car.
