Ok it's pretty simple but it DOES WORK!

You'll need:
A glue gun
Some dowl about the same diameter of a 10p
Some wood screws

First cut the dowl to 1.5" lengths
Now put a screw either side of the dowl to make a handle.
Find the middle of the dent first this is very important as the glue drys mega fast.
Put a good blob of glue on the end of your dowl and immediately stick it in the middle of the dent.

Now leave for a few minutes to set and then pull it back off it will pull the dent right out with it.

I did two good dents in four attempts two goes per dent.

Go try it!

Had a bit of excitment yesterday, phone call from wife of friend to say she thought he was having a serious medical problem. Shot round in P38, looked bad, wife phoned paramedics and ambulance. Place well off the beaten track and not on SatNav, had to go meet the ambulance. Who says a P38 diesel cannot shift? Blue lights 30ft behind me, it was the fastest I've ever driven down a single track road 100Kmh in places.
Then off the the hospital. Thankfully it turned out to be suspected Gall stones so it was back to the hospital again at midnight to collect matey:)
