Drove my car to the garage for EAS recalibration (Changed the SUSPENSION EAS VALVE BLOCK DRIVER) and to fit a new XYZ Switch (Arriving tomorrow by FedEx) to realize that my Aircon NO LONGER WORKS.... Anyway the car is at the garage and they will fix it :( They think it may be the condenser (Gaz OK, The Pump part OK, Fuse OK... )

If the Gaz (sic) is OK, then it cannot be the condensor as all the gas leaks away when it fails.:)

Thanks for the update on this. They are not really sure I dropped car yesterday late afternoon and they need time to figure out.

Basically, when the car is cold it will blow Cool air, not crazy but ok... Then after 30minutes no more cool air. At the garage Cool pipe were not cool at all, after a few minutes without AC then the Cool air came back and the pipe from the compressor was "ok" cool... They think it could be the condenser or a switch that does not send the correct signal... Anyway they will figure it out... But the clutch and the compressor works for them. Still I read that the compressor needs a certain voltage to run flawlessly.

PS The fuse box seems to work just fine, Vents are working fine as well.

Could just be low on gas which could mean a pin hole in the condensor.

Today I drove the car on a sealed road which is the first time for 5 days as I have just covered 500 miles in Mongolia over dirt roads and through rivers. It now needs a good power wash and the gearbox fixed.

Finally getting it put back together, anybody got a good wiring diagram for the 3 speed auto? Or know a place I could find such a thing?

Tried and failed to get the starter motor out. Feeling around the top bolt it felt kinda sharp, which I hoped wasn't the results of someone else's failed attempt to remove it. Sadly when I got the socket & extension bars in place it turned rather easily and the nut didn't actually come out so I fear the thread has been stripped.

I'm now trying to decide if I get a mobile mechanic out to battle with it on the drive, or just tow it to a proper garage with a lift and let them at it.

Fuse 9 blown, removed door panels found window mech had lost 2 rivets and rubbed a cable bare and shorted, repaired cable, all good now!

After a good result changing the pulleys & tensioner, i've just ordered a new ABS accumulator & steering damper from Island. :D

Replace a busted inner door handle with a chrome one, now I have to change the other 3. Replaced engine oil filler cap. Replaced engine oil cooler and pipes.
