Front brake pads need doing. They're not super low yet but they're not far off.
LOL. No idea what state the pins are in. I noticed they were a bit low when I was doing the air lines yesterday. Whipped a wheel off this morning to have a proper look. Any consensus among the great and good on make? I've got Brembo pads and discs on the Alfa, thinking Pagid on the RR.Let me know if you want 1/2 set of screw extractors
Careful with the lower guide pins if they are sticking
All good pointsThats à good way to get over a fence..
That set up looks pretty good. If you hang it over the rear will tail gate open as well? It could provide extra shelter.

Yeah, I get an email from ECP about twice a week offering 50% off brakes.I went Pagid but Eurocarparts do deals where Brembo are near enough the same price. Hoping they might leave less dust on the wheels.
Just looked at their website. £160 for a complete set of front pads and discs isn't that bad.I put Brembo on mine when I replaced all 4 calipers..
Braking is superb "for a p38"
Eicher - Brembo and Mintex are all made in the same factory IIRC
i'm thinking of throwing on some EBC Green stuff pads

I have just put the ultimax ones on all round but will have to wait till i can try them out as have still got to replace the brake pipes when the flaring tool arrives.
I did the pipes on mine, twas a fun afternoon! NOT!!
I wish you good luck
I am going to try and replace them from the connectors under the drivers floor all the way back , with out taking the fuel tank out, it may take a while but nothing else to do so it takes as long as it takes
Got Delphi pads on the front and EBC on the rear, I like EBC, I used to use EBC pads on the bikes.LOL. No idea what state the pins are in. Handy for a kip while waiting for the recovery truckAll good points
This was a bucket list thing..
And yes if it is mounted on the back you can still open the tailgate..
It has the extra piece that makes a shelter/ extra tent underneath...
But you don’t have to put it on...
I was thinking it would be cool to have it on the rover for the British car show in September... it would show options and the versatility of these great vehicles....
Plus when camping I would sleep in the sky with the gods...
I used that line earlier out there...
I like it
Until you run out of food and water.Dont need recovery when you become nomadic
Until you run out of bogroll and hand soap .
