Went to watch some Stock car and Banger racing in Aldershot - Never been before...IT WAS FECKING ACE.....:D:D:D:D:D:D

I've got a bluetooth thingy hooked up to the stock HiFi, the thing that annoys me most is that when you turn the ignition on it activates and the phone hooks up, but when you start the engine it kills power to everything else and the phone doesn't seem to pick it up automatically again. I dont know if this is the phone or the cheap bluetooth interface though. How does this work with a bluetooth head unit? Does it drop the connection when you start the engine?

Got the answer for you - the Bluetooth automatically reconnects after starting the car - this may be as much a function of my phone as a function of the stereo - or perhaps a lucky coincidence of compatibility!

Nothing at all. I've been given a company car for the next few weeks.

I'd still rather drive the RR :) Bix matey could you look on the crankcase breather thread and see if you can help me, as I'm missing something (yes my marbles but other than that)

Aye, I would too, but we've got a lot of installs and a lot of miles to eat up and it is easier for the company if I use one of their vehicles than my own. Be a sad day when they give me a Berlingo as a company vehicle but that is due to happen this month. And not the good kind either a 54 plate. :(

If they're going to be that cruel I suggest it's time for you to go sit on Capita's doorstep ;)

Jacked one front wheel to test the viscous, it's OK, that's a relief. Jacked the rest and removed the wheels, checked pads and calipers, measured tread depth, 2mm on the worst point:eek: I think 1.6mm is the limit, hope so as I want them to pass the MOT on Friday so I can replace them in the UK in 2 weeks. Cleaned the inside of the wheel rims and swapped front to back when I re-fitted them.

Killed a pheasant, bloody thing flew out of the hedge and tried to come in through the windscreen. I'd have opened the door if it had been a bit more patient :D Fortunately the windscreen survived it, but it left the drivers side wiper embedded in said pheasant :(

At least it's likely to be reliable:rolleyes:
If only, it keeps failing to start due to WiFi stopping the key from sending a message to the immob. In the last 12 months the company has spent a little over 2k in repairs. Quite an expensive vehicle. On the plus I don't have to pay for the repairs. ;D

Double post FTW.

It turns out the new RR is ruined. It failed the Top Gear test.

Old RR with Cameraman in place.
