So as my 4.6 is back on the road and I had found a new app in the App Store I thought I'd give it a try out.

No idea if this is good or bad though, nothing to compare it too

The bushes in the rear radius arms I'd put them on the list too.

Rear anti roll bar too.

That app looks interesting.

What's the 0-60?

Mine was 9.4 when I did one.

Thanks.

Haven’t done 0-60mph yet. Mostly because it can vary too much depending on surface and driver. Is also a bit brutal on the vehicle. May give it a go. But not yet.

I see one of them Freelanders 3 on the M4 M25... looked like it was on bump stops, bobbing up and down, and low to the ground, didn't know they had air bags??

Had an accident in the truck today, ripped the pax side mirror and fu*ked his paint job up on the n/s wing, but the truck was fine, he thought my lane was his!!

I ease into the throttle 300,.

Makes for a less brutal launch.
Yeah I’ve done a few in the past. But how you get off the line can make such a huge difference to the stat. Which is why I elected to opt for rolling start stats. Will be interesting to see how my Tdi pick up compares.

I think the RR will be quicker ;)
Mine felt quite grunty.

Nice noise too.

Need to get it back on the road!

Just been reading a French report on the new Defender (Pretender). Engines up to 500bhp, prices up to €100,000,
no manual gearbox, no mention of low range or engine orientation, angle of attack and departure much inferior to the old Defender, coil or air all independent suspension and load of electronics. No doubt it will impress on the school run.

Ian Hawkins Torque app does 0-60 etc. If you pay for the pro version it has an overlay with you video feed with rev counters and whatever you like. You just need the little Bluetooth ODB thingy. Obviously that won't do much on the oil burner. Ian lives by you near MK.

One of only two Android apps I've ever paid for.

I fitted new headlight, main beam and a sidelight bulb. And realised for the first time that the previous owner, for some bizarre reason, has wired the crappy spots into the sidelights.

Whenever I fitted spots to a motor I wired em to main beam.
