We once left the tailgates open when parked in the garden(can’t remember why) hours later the questions between us was where’s the dog?
Yep he was in his safe space, he loved the car:)

I think it is being locked in the cage that panics him. I have ordered a dogguard and boot protector to see if he is happier when he isn't locked in Barkatraz.

Good choice:)

We never had a dog guard, he was fine.
Even with two dogs no guard, just the rath of M if they tried to get over the seat they soon learn, 99% of the time they just spent sleeping so safe enough.
Take him out as often as possible, not just for walks. He will soon treat it as another bed.
Ours used to check “his” car when we came back from shopping and would try to get in as we were unloading:)

Time spent with them is well rewarded:)

Only went for his second round of jabs, originally went on Monday but they'd run out. He is getting there behaviour wise. Just need to get him used to travelling in the bus now.
Ah pleased to hear it's just routine. Our dog loves the transit van, I can't leave home without him. As the van is RHD and we drive on the right, it scares the life out of some people coming the other way to see a dog sat up in what should be the drivers seat:D

Once got stopped by police in the uk cos M was on the phone :)
I was driving:D (LHD)
Took him a while as he was sat in a low car, it took me to shout across and say “I’m the one with the steering wheel”

We all had a laugh after:)

Well today I cleaned and polished my winter wheels, ready to go on next month !!! The Zito's will be coming off and stored for next May !!

Got a tiny leak in rear left airbag. Had an issue there in the past too. Arse.

Washed it!!!! taking it to be sprayed 2morrow, it has a bloom on the bonnet, don't know why its always happening to me, the 3rd time, hes fixing it for free (the spray man)

In a spur of the moment fit of madness I bid on a 4.6 P38 knowing nothing about it. Lost but now torn between relief and disappointment. Don't have funds for 2 but it only had 77k miles and looked decent!

Lacquer is peeling on leading edge of my bonnet. One day I may get around to it.

Got wet feet! He's just decided to spring a leak with all this wet weather! Drivers footwell soaked! Not coolant, presume it's sunroof but not going to try and look until it dries out

Somethings rumbling underneath?? Goes fine so hopefully nothing serious

UJs seem okay, I did the diff/Tbox plugs up really tight so can’t check them at the mo, nothing visibly leaking there. Originally was supposed to change GB oil a second time so see how the weather goes...

Never used a cage or a dog guard.
I'll need to get a dog guard at the minimum. He is currently unable to work out how to jump to get over the rear seats, but since he learns quick, it probably won't be long. I might just use the cage. He is just as unhappy in the boot as he is the cage. Settles down after 5 minutes, but for 5 minutes you'd think I chopped his legs off.
