I did another pressure test last night. No drop over 15 mins
I'm starting to wonder if there is a blockage somewhere, some previous owner had used bath sealer on gasket faces, of that's got into the coolant it could be a menace
You use a UV torch to see if it is escaping anywhere ... Like onto the dip-stick.

Old plastic impellar is another nightmare scenario, had a job getting all bits of mine out.
Swapped mine out when I got it. A member on here borrowed it and presumably it is still in use somewhere.
Think Kermit swapped to metal one.

mine Disintegrated before I got round to changing it. Took new rad and viscous out with it

Was at dealer not stealer and coded sas and cleared dtc. All ok now. Paid £ 26 still smiling

It came - was correct fit, and didn’t actually break anything
The old one was....
....not standard shall we say? or Valeo are really cutting back... more silicone than anything Decided to check spill pipes while I was there, all right but number4 pipes slipped of easilyish -
So whipped out number1 injector (work that one out?) was stinking dirty especially in the port.
Since that went well, nothing snapped, I did number4 too and replaced spills on it
It didn’t take as long as I’d thought, so if I get chance tomorrow I will whip out 2,3,5 and 6

You could take the beeper speaker out for now. Stops it being annoying and still get messages on dash. Took me ages to find the bastid drove me crazy
Took the battery out to charge it. Again.
New battery time me thinks; the orchestra of beeps and warnings for gearbox and tc faults is just irritating now
