It takes the carbon from the valves, turbo surfaces, exhaust manifold, piston heads and injector noses from inside the combustion areas. It does really well. Our Volvo v50 2.hdi with 190.000mls reacted really well to it.
We did my son's Porsche 3.4i 6cyl also. Smoothed out the engine and lambda signals.
Bearing in mind that this will treat upto 21L and isn't a Karcher sized machine that's brought to your house in the back of a car for half an hours treatment.
All said, very few people are interested

I've started selling the treatment at 50β¬ for an hour with every oil change to try and pull custom in. Normally it would be 110β¬ for 1.5hr . It seems to be working slowly as the reduced price seems more appealing.
