Oh nice t shirt just get the stuff the enemy uses on mine out of the tumble dryer hang up and spray with crease stuff then says ironing done

Changed the rear right abs sensor(wabco) cos nano said it was duff a few months ago. Replaced it with an ebay cheapy and nano said it was still faulty, discovered that nano fibs on sensor positions and it was the front left at fault really. Fitted another cheapy to FL and all lights out. All this was a few months back but in the spirit of this thread, TODAY...I swopped the cheapy, still working rear right sensor back to the wabco and lights are still out so I now have a good working rear cheapy spare:).
Live life in the fast lane me:D

Today I took out my leaky no4 injector without taking the manfold off. Was proper pleased with myself :)
Pretty gunky and it does shift but I can’t have fuel leaks with price of the stuff.

WAS proper pleased with myself indeed.

it drives but it’s got no power, still leaks and now there is one more orange light i know works.
This week I’m seriously thinking I will scrap it. Fur reels. That’ll learn her.

I left mine on the drive today, took the Porsche for a little drive to St Albans instead... I feel a little like I've cheated on her :D

Ooh, thats à different thing all together gold, would it not be better to get one closer to home? A British supplier maybe. If its cheaper there's always a reason unfortunately. If it's closer to home you've a better chance of support if there's an issue?
Had another search, with your words in mind, and have now found a UK seller who will do exchange. Also one who takes your own and recons. Only downside being I would be without a car whilst it's gone.
Waiting for mechanic getting back to me, to see what he thinks.

Listed his old 20" Stormer style alloys on eBay, see if there are any takers who aren't offshore time wasters this time....

Even more clearly marked as local collection only this time!

Yes, I think that is only the wabco D section that swaps the sensors. Marty did a post on it. I don't know if Nanocom did an ulgrade to fix the issue but @pwood999 seems to keep up with them.

If you can find the BMW part number it may be cheaper using that. I got one off Eurocarparts for £70 a few years back. I usually ring the national number and they can usually give a bit of discount.

Did an engine oil and filter change. No climbing under now as one of sons bought me the pump and pipe kit to suck the oil out. Just attach to your battery and turn it on. Waste oil straight into container makes less mess. Worked a treat:)

Searched for parts and just got myself confused. I need rear plates, discs and handbrake cables., So off I trundle to order online. Start searching and keep getting Yank sites. Hence confusion. I search more, asking for UK suppliers. Still Yanks.
A little investigation and for some reason google thinks I'm in Boston!
Now I'm stuck not being able to search for parts. So if anyone is feeling helpful, I would really appreciate a link to UK google , or to some suppliers.
Thanks in advance

Pretty sure you can limit results to a location? Not used Google in a long time.. failing that, include +uk to your search etc or -usa
Done all that. Google is determined I am in Boston and is only giving Yank and Canadian returns. Won't give UK, something to do with the restrictions, that came into play a couple of years ago.
