It got me as well two days in isolation was only feeling rough 1st day thought it was sun stroke but not that lucky feeling ok now just av few days in
 
Thought the same first day.. then hit me like a bus for two days... It's just you have become accustomed to eating junk food. Plenty of healthy alternatives that are tasty, just needs the strength of mind to make the change.
Thats the thing though. I grow lots of fresh stuff on the allotment. I eat plenty of fish, chicken, fresh fruit. I do like beef and pork but have cut back on them. Have used olive oil for years, low fat spreads, very very rare for us to have a take away. I love cooking so I prepare 90% of my meals from scratch but people like my chemist at my last review tell me now to cut out a lot of and eat fish and avocados and nowt else. He doesn't seem to think my home grown veg and fruit is good enough

Sounds like to have a pretty good diet to me. Personally I avoid low fat spreads, I've seen them being made and it's not pleasant:eek:
I also avoid salt in cooking on doctors orders. I also do most of the cooking here, all from scratch and with a lot of veg, tomatoes etc from the garden Based on no knowledge, I think plenty of variety is important too.:D
