Convince me to buy an upgraded cam? Why did you go for torquemax? Is the gearbox good for the extra power or at it's limit?
Also, will lpg be ok or need adjustment? If so i don't have the tools to touch it

I have a AC stag LPG system and it required no adjustment.
More low down torque is the most noticeable improvement and of course more hp which makes the car much nicer to drive IMO
Fuel economy stays the same, it will improve with even a new stock cam, as yours is guaranteed to be worn to some degree.

As for the gearbox, it entirely depends on what condition yours is in, RRC's with the 4hp22 are known to cope with 300hp stage 3 4.6's to I imagine if it was healthy it wouldn't hurt to have a mild power increase ;) :)

case in point

I guess this is the chicken you're on about? I like the idea of a kit.. don't have to worry about missing something

Haven't been out in a week so thought go for drive. Drivers footwell carpet all wet, Dry behind the pedals and dry roof lining above the windscreen, So buggered if know where ir coming from. It has been really wet here the last few weeks but never happened before. Still everything else all good and still went for a good drive to give it a blow out. So some investigation needed.

are the V8 rocker cover bolts 8mm or 10mm? i dont have a long reach 12 pointer that size.. worth getting one for this though

ignore me, its 8mm... ring spanner fits ;)

Pollen filters or scuttle, seal round pollen filter housing with self adhesive draft excluder then replace covers, scuttle drains are a bit more involved you have to take of all the trim and seal round all the screws and make sure all the drains are clear.

If Brian's suggestions fall short check the air-con drains haven't popped off.
