I've been having intermittant problems with the switch for the rear wash/wipe for a few months so decided to replace as I was getting a few other odds and ends.
Part no longer available so had a search...........................HOW FECKIN MUCH :eek::eek::eek: anything between £100 and £350 quid 2nd hand :eek::eek::eek:
So this afternoon removed switch and stripped it (very very carefully) cleaned up contacts with a needle file and contact cleaner, a slight smear of vaseline on everything and all seems to be fully functional again. Phew.:cool:

I mean is it an ad blocker, I use firefox right now

Not really but I don't seem to get many ads with it, if any. I also use Ghostery which does block ads but seems a bit unhappy with the site security certificate at the moment.

Good man. That's the real way to fix stuff. Necessity is the mother of invention and all that!

Today I Started to trace ABS fault. BTW when I changed ATF in the Transmission the sump pan had a large dent in it and the plastic pick up pipe was damaged and split top to bottom. How it was sucking any oil up I have no idea? The box still worked though!

Have bought from supermarkets and online. Would say about same. The duff one was from fleabay, complained and got replacements sent
My missus cousin works for a well known battery supplier so each time we need a new battery of any type we send him a picture of it and he just brings us one straight to our door at cost price and with a warranty for as long as he works there. Bonus

I use Firefox with the Ghostery extension on my PC. I also use the Facebook container extension on Firefox on my PC. I won't allow Facebook on my phone or WhatsApp for similar reasons.
I have container, and block messenger, and whatsapp and facebook are the same thing, they share your info with each other.... I am on a ban at the moment they seem to pick on me a lot, so far I have had 3 30 day bans, on one right now, I also have facebook purity that's very good, you can delete what you want from FB, I dont get any ads from anyone at all now, not even sponsored stuff on youtube, (sponsor block facebook extension)

I've never used cheap batteries. The first company was in Peterborough ,I've just had a message that my key has been posted back, should be with me tomorrow. Sent it on Monday morning so good service if it works and lasts.;):D
Well it never turned up today, was posted yesterday before midday,first-class signed for, hope its just the weather that's delaying it.
