I had to look twice, but according to my Fisher Price - My First Colour Chart, it looks like Blue, but it could also be Blue, its a toughy that's for sure!

Viewing it in black and white on my steam powered computer I can categorically state that it's light grey, well sort of darker, light grey-ish.
