i dint think that they looked that much off an agressive mud pattern realy compared to a fedima vj910 or insa special tracks

A lot of the grip from Mickey Thompsons is got from the compound used, sticky but not soft! Expensive, but a great tyre for lanes.

I still think the fedima vj910 look a good mud tyre

You're trying to analyse too much, get a budget, get some tyres and rims and play .. simple ;)

Some tyres are better in clay mud, some better in sandy mud, some better on chalk, some on roack .. there isn't a 'perfect' tyre for every condition, so it doesn't matter what anyone says until you go and use them where and how you normally use them ..

It's one reason I've stayed with BFG AT's over three sets, they're pretty good everywhere except thick mud and even then they can often find some grip .. But I'll soon be changing, probably to Insas, Fedimas or Silverstones depending on price and availability when I have the money .. 'cos the Disco is now mostly for offroad, with minimal on-road use.
