I blame the pitifully small rad! Which will be coming out for a deeper one when I can afford it :eek:

well the gasket only seems to have blown on the bore side of the water jacket on pot 4 so its ok

I'm going to strip it down on monday night then clean it all up on the night and on tuesday morning as gaskets arrive then so I can put it together tuesday afternoon :)

(If I don't skim the heads, if not it can go back together on friday)
 
From what I've read its 8thou off is 1cc removed from the combustion chamber... I think...

Plenty of pictures! Want to see this "clean" "rebuild" engine on the inside :p
 
I told you when you pm'd me they'd been taken off as they were running too hot :doh: but yeah you missed them too and there was a vid somewhere
