So I'm fairly new to this forum. I don't, by any means, speak for all Americans and, thankfully (!), neither does Mr. Waldo. In fact, Mr. Waldo and others like him, are generally why Americans have such a bad rap in this world. I love America and I love England. I'm in the US Military here but it doesn't mean that I like or even support what's going on in the desert. I get really annoyed when there's an American vs Anti-American argument and the Anti-American's resort to, "Well at least we don't bomb innocents for their oil, etc..." To that an American could say, "well, at least we didn't burn women because we thought they were witches" or "at least we didn't publicly torture people because they spoke harshly against the King/Queen/PM/etc..." All countries at one time or another have done silly things that they would rather not talk about. In most cases it's usually just one person doing what he believes is right. You can't please everyone.

I seem to have forgotten my point but what I really want to say is don't hate Americans just because a small percentage of us are ****ers. England has it's share of ****ers too if I recall...

didn't y'awl burn yer witches at salem, in new england...and y'awl didn't kick the **** out of people cos they was black. so don't tell me y'awl didn't burn women cos you thought they was witches or that y'awl havn't publicly tortured people! jings you even killed off most of the people that lived in america before you got there..
i think most people that are anti-septic are that way because of bush's actions and it follows that the people of america must agree with him cos he got voted back in.
one main reason people hate americans is because of the "we're better than you" **** they throw out. anyway this is getting a mite political and the forum police will come down on it any minute now.
so can we go back to taking the **** out of wheresdildo

I'm not interested in comparing military forces. I'd be happier (although out of a job it must be said) if there wasn't a damn military.

I'm just curious where "septic" came from.

ffs wheresdildo the yank army better than the brit army now that is funny!!
when i was 16 and only two weeks in the army we got chucked at an assault course , we all did it no sweat. while we was having a fag and a beer a coach load of yanky marines turned up , they took one look at it and got back on the bus; it had no safety net so they wouldn't do it.
they invade iraq and they need the brits to help them.
they go to refuel in the desert and blow themselves up

where were they when the falklands got invaded
(oh you can't have any men but here are some slighly used bullets)
