Made it back to Portugal with my lovely, new/old, noisy 110 with only one problem, slave cylinder was failing crossing the Spanish/Portuguese border but limped into town in one piece.
Replaced the slave today, gear changes all silky now, thank you Buster for the tour and BMP42 for the live phone advice.
With the lid up I think I can hear the water-pump sounding a bit rough on the bearings. Is it possible to replace the bearings or do I need a new pump.
Not leaking.
Not overheating.
Disco 200tdi in the 110.
Ps, Paddock supplied the slave cylinder, it turned up in a lovely blue BritPart box No mention of this when ordering, just a heads up.
