I thought it was only series landies that leaked.Front passenger side footwell carpet is wet, and this morning after heavy rain I had a puddle on top of dashbord above the glovebox ,any ideas?

Sunroof I would think

+1 to the sunroof or possibly a leaky screen seal, there is a very good guide on here for leaky sunroofs

There's a bit under the window in the engine bay in that sort of trough bit. There's one each side I think, have a look at that see if its leaking. Has been known to cause wet footwells.

Sunroofs or screen top corners,mine used to **** water in mainly from the nearside top corner of screen,it would then drip down from the interior mirror and kill stereo head units.

Roof bars leak.....
