Think outside, no box required.
I seem to have acquired a nice rain water leak at the front of my headliner just above the sun visors.

#1 The sunroof drains are clear
#2 Not 100% positive the sunroof frame hasn't rotted and water isn't leaking on to the underside of the glass, and somehow leaking on to the headliner, maybe?

#3 Stumped...

Hmm.

It isn't leaking down the screen or on to the carpets..

Just the top of the headliner!

Cheers Gents/Ladies!

Same here, not figured it out yet

I had a similar leak it was coming from the top of the LHS windscreen, if you prize plastic trim off you will see the mastic bead. Mine had no obvious hole but tested with water and came though on corner. Covered in mastic and leak stopped. I thought it was coming from sun roof too. Good luck!.

did it dribble down the inside of the screen?

Thanks

did it dribble down the inside of the screen?
It did but mostly through the join of headlining and pillar cover but you know what's it like it travels where it wants. Maybe remove A pillar cover and head lining in that area and do a water test maybe?

Windscreen checked!

Nowt wrong with the sealant, I did run a bead of arbomast around the existing sealant just in case

The sealant under the gutter rail looked to be weather cracked so I gave it a coat of sealant too, It seems to still be leaking!

Hmm..
