I believe under the distance selling rules, you have the right to refuse if you are not happy with it but you would need to check first.

I am going to make an appointment to see this beast over the weekend.
4.4 91K MOT until next July
A little unsure because the milometer is unclear with the old BMW pixel problems, but I will try to verify documentarily ( Is that a word) the mileage as far as I can.
£6450 though seems a little steep for the year.

Passed with two advisories n/s and o/s lower suspension probably worse now.get the vehicle smart app.
 
The pictures show that the milometer pixels are bollo%@d. I need to verify the mileage documentarily if I can

I was thinking that, the MOT history on the whole looks quite good, I've seen the history of some cars with several major fail lists over the years
and it shows it hasn't been very well maintained until it has to be, if you could get the mileage verified, might be a good one, don't know about
the price though, you do see cheaper ones but, they usually need a bit of work.
 
Or you buy mine for 1200 quid and spend 2k on sorting it.
If you can spanner yourself, it's a good car for the price.

I am going to do a little more research. Hopefully service documents, repairs etc will exist which verify the mileage. I think so far that I AM going to see this one.
Oh the excitement, I am very nearly waking myself up!
