Ive got two colour tunes sitting in the garage
Hope it doesn't send spurious signals to the rd receiver. Good luck.'Ordered a new battery negative cable this morning, the existing one has been bodged somewhat.
Also ordered a touch-up paint stick and some more anchor cable ties to fix down the wiring round the driver's side of the engine.
Medical stuff is intervening, I have to go in for a surgical implant in the near future, a heart monitor device to keep track of what my misbehaving ticker is up to.
Should be a minor procedure under local anaesthetic, hopefully with no complications. I get a 3G base station with it so I can phone home to the hospital with data.
What would people in the 1950's think of this ? real fantasy league stuff!

Correct mozz, glad to see you are still taking an interest. The d and the f are next to each other so I wasn't far out.alan , that'll be the R.F.receiver then would it ????? keep taking the tablets mate !!!!! ha ha , mozz
Well done , nice job.We decided this morning that there had to be a gasket out of place or an injector pair crossed over, so we pulled the front upper manifold off to have a look.
Once off, the left-hand rectangular gasket was found with marks on that suggested it had not been in position, and it was the left bank that seemed to suffer most, so after an injector check (all correctly wired) we refitted the manifold but took a lot of extra care to make sure both gaskets went on correctly and didn't slip before the bolts went in.
After reassembly, it started up an ran normally, which was a big relief!u
We haven't changed the Lambdas yet, and the pair in there are toggling away like good 'uns, so they can stay. We'll refit the old MAF tomorrow to see if that is functional too.
So, Donkey of the year award to me

Insurance:
We have the V8 Discovery with Flux, and that runs from April as a fully comprehensive two-driver car.
To change to the Rangie they wanted £736.60, which I thought was a bit strong, the Disco was only £275.00 a year in the first place!
Tried a few companies but decided to leave the Discovery as it was, went to Direct Line and they quoted £415.00.
