Been looking at a few '03/'04 L322 Vogue's and noticed some have the voice button on the steering wheel and some don't - When was VA added as standard?

its part of the factory phone system and is an option on all range rovers

One more question, after some research I've realised it only controls the phone, but in some youtube videos I've seen an upgrade from an American company that lets you use voice command for the satnav & also lets you use your own phone via bluetooth.

What is required for this to work and is there anywhere in the UK that supplies the parts?
