Other than the adjustment you speak of I've never seen another adjustment point on mine.
Almost everyone will find a car out there that they just don't quite fit into. I can't see the heated seat switches in my mondeo when driving unless I lean my head to the passenger side nearly nutting the wife lol.

Only practical adjustment I can suggest is to remove a couple of vertebra.
had same issue ..
i bought a "scangauge_II" .. sat it on the steering column .. problem solved ..
( https://www.scangauge.com/products/scangauge-ii/ )
plus can monitor various gauges as i drive ..
i.e .. coolant temp in degrees .. alternator output in voltage ..

Bash my head on the A pillar as well getting in if I'm not careful - the joys of being 6' 5", might have to convince my neighbour to let me try his disco and see if that's any better.Thanks hd3, I'll have a nose at those. For me the steering wheel covers whole of the temp gauge, most of the rev counter and a good part of the speedo as well. I could slouch down in the seat I suppose!

Made me look!
I have the same problem. It's the turn signal blinkers that drive me crazy as I can't see them so
I'm always driving around with them on.
