Diff isnt fixed in their ive just put it back in for safe storage
so ull have a axle casing only with no diff or shafts, will obviously come with with the oil filler and drain plugs (that do not leak) no stub axles on the ends but have the chrome balls.as I said both have bits of rust on them (axle is good in the middle but ends have rust) they do look good when sanded and painted.
would you be ok to collect? as the axle is quite heavy and big
im no good with giving prices but ive looked at ebay axle cases from 30 - 50 quid, hubs from 15-25 quid second hand so if your happy with it and can collect from me (iron acton about 10 mins from the motorway) how would £30 for both sound?

Shame you're not willing to take the axle and hub in to the post office for a price - 2nd class recorded wouldn't be too expensive I don't think

Misunderstood about the diff - not a problem though! Will you be able to hang onto these until I can get up to you? It may be the end of next week at this rate as I've got so many jobs to get finished.
Got a pile of parts to fit too that are sitting on my desk and torturing me everytime I sit down at the PC to do some work

Not a problem at all! Ill keep both safe and have a go at getting the brake disc off the hub for you (a ***** of a job sometimes!) haha, ill pm you address and we can talk about a good time to collect when your ready.

Lights fitted, had to add some extra wiring, thought they plugged straight in on 300s :doh:
anyway, much better now

thought they were the same wiring as the 300 idk why LR had to redesign the disco 1 making subtle but IMO stupid changes! I bought a scraper 200 model for spares for my 300 then when i needed something id realise its different haha!
