Now ,this might not be as important as fixing my cruise control but my 3.9V8 EFI comes with large sun visors with a vanity mirror on the passenger side but no light.
Following complaints from the person who normally occupies that seat I obtained sunvisors from a disco 2 both with mirrors and lights. They fit the existing ceiling mountings and ,having delved through the roof lining I discovered the wiring for the lights--even the connectors matched. It was the quickest upgrade I have ever done .Bear in mind that my Disco is late 1996 , chassis no starting VA ,which probably explains why the connectors matched.This may not be true of earlier Disco 1's.
