Hi guys,
Im currently in the process of building a 90 tray back challenge truck. Im putting a 4.6 rover v8 out of a rangie in it In order to protect the fuel tank and not waste time with tank guards etc ive moved the fuel take to behind the rear hoop of the roll cage between the chassis rails. As it is the fuel take doesnt have a internal pump in it unlike the range rover tanks I am planning to fit an external fuel pump but after hours of googling havnt had much luck.
What i want to know is what spec fuel pump will i need for this engine? i.e. high pressure? low pressure? swirl pot? etc etc. Need ideas as am a bit stumped. not to keen on using an internal pump as want to be able to get to it easily. Also fitting megasquirt to the engine if that makes a difference?
cheers for any help!!
