Come on then folks who can rustle up a couple of 60amp fuses (one at a push) and take them over?

I will probably finish around 9 if that is any good. I'm working on a bar at a school function so shouldn't be too late!

I've only got blade type fuses but nothing anywhere near 60 amp ?
What sort do you need ?
Would I be able to get one on route ?

I'm guessing maxi blade like this

Actually apparently there are multiple waves of parents and kids, so could be 10ish. I'll still come and help of you want me though

Just spoken to MM on the phone and it sounds a bit more involved unfortunately.

He has a fuse but when he connects it the engine turns over with the ignition off so to me it sounds likely that ignition switch or part of the loom has melted. Has no power to anything else in the cab.

Have advised calling the AA for recovery but he would very much appreciate if anyone is close and knows there way around a few wires went and had a look

Remove connector from back of ignition switch.
Run wire from battery to fuel cut off switch and bump it?
