Can anyone help, need a decent diagnostic reader better than a icarsoft that can remedy my fault on suspension. As it stands the car is on its bump stops and the car is saying its in extended mode on the rear. Can't clear faults with icarsoft.

Urgent? Are you stuck somewhere? Do you have recovery? You should be able to drive just don't go very quick
No, I'm at home, been trying to sort this issue out for a week, so I need someone local with a comprehensive diagnostic program to assist. Thanks anyway

So it's really urgent that someone comes out immediately to your house at 9.30pm on a Saturday night to sort it?

Ok. What car have you got and what faults? Perhaps they are still there if you can't clear them

Ok,
The car is on its bump stops, the car screen is showing rear is in extended mode.

Can someone @JohnM70 elevate this post beyond LZIR and upwards to the INTERGALACTIC RESCUE team please?
We've got a poor bloke with a broken car and he's safe at home and in bed, but he'd like to use the car some time in the next few weeks because he doesn't want to take it to a main stealers to get it fixed with proper diags and he doesn't like iCarsoft.
Please bump this post appropriately. Much appreciated. :)

Thanks Dan, a full explanation is in another post I put on... still need help 2007 ect ect

This is clearly a situation that requires urgent attention of the highest level and I shall elevate this from CBA to WTF level almost instantly… I may need a drink and a cigar first…

But, rest assured, as your LZIR Agent on call, I shall give this the full attention it deserves and ask @blue beasty to move this to the correct customer services department location at some point in the next 72 hours.

I note the OP’s location and would have thought he could simply wheel it back to its birth place and get it nursed back to health?

Other post that explains it all......still need help 2007 L322 3.6ltr tdv8 vogue .....if you can help. I've been able to sort most problems but this is driving me insane

Out of curiosity did u follow the jacking up procedure when u replaced the air strut plse

plus normally on diagnostics u ignore the actual software figures it displays , it’s the measurement of the body height that’s important, did u try entering smaller data to see if it accepts it, just to get it off the bump stops

as an example on the D3 u measure from the centre of the wheel to the bottom of the wheel arch

just wondered what process u done when jacking it up

many thks
