PS: just because weird issues like my tailgate switch often not working and the door locks acting possessed is an issue currently with this truck...
My right side door latch microswitches are clearly on the fritz... can this issue with central locking ("dancing door locks",etc.) maybe cause weird behavior on the EAS compressor control, as in it "thinks" the car just got unlocked and it now triggers some sort of first start up routine and asks the compressor to run/top off the reservoir much sooner and more often than it normally would. That way causing it to "short cycle" or something rather than running it once for a longer time when at low threshold and then not again until the reservoir actually needs it!?
Just another crazy idea.... since you all have so much more experience with this wonder works of technology baptized the P38A...
