300tdi changing rear brake pads and discs got the hub off undone the 14mm hex bolts. Is there anything else needs doing. Trying seperate the disc from hub with hammer and broke the disc so I cant turn back now any ideas please

Try and crack the cast of the hub part of the brake disc and it should drop off easy enough then.

Edit: with a good lump hammer.

I thought hitting the hub was a bad thing unless your replacing that too

I only ever tap hard all the way round the disc gradually and it eventually comes off.

I never hit the hub directly, just use a chisel to get between them. Always worked for me.

The bad thing is that my brake pad had no meat left whatsoever and it had some how span 90 degrees in the the caliper

I've not done it on a Landy but I did have the two halves of a vented brake disc on our Zaffy separate a couple of months ago. Made for an interesting braking experience...
