OK guys these are the latest logged faults 
Aircon Fan drive open load
Tacho Drive open load
Aircon Clutch drive open load
EGR Valve stuck closed
Engine speed outside bounds for cruise
Vehicle speed outside bounds for cruise
Landy doesn't have Aircon or Tacho or EGR so no worries there...
Not too sure on the other two?
It was also noticed that the Throttle step was set to 3 and for early TD5 defenders this should be 2. So had this changed - feels a little better, though this could be just me wanting it too!
No over boost logged so all good there.
Got the running logs and everything seems happy there too, MAF & MAP both happy, cylinders all ok, no injector faults either....

Lives in the top of the bellhousing. Not much to go wrong with them. They either work or they dont.

OK Scoobmonk: you have had some of the best mechanics on land rover you could ever talk to. maybe you need to put that scanner machine in the box and pay attention to them . 45 post no results all those fault codes maybe you don't know what you are doin. Not trying to be mean or anything but man put this to rest

Easy tiger.... Just picking the knowledgeable brains of these here landy folk, who have been extremely helpful so far.
Sorry if my genuine need for some extra helping hands is getting in the way of your 'whats the fishing like' questions!
