If you notice in your photo and mine the relevant symbols being used are all highlighted in white, the "spare" ones are highlighted in black.
Maybe that's the answer, if so you will then have to find out why/how it's illuminated.

If you have the tilt symbol on your panel… remove it & sell it. Them are rare

They were for lama. Tilt cab landrover type motor. Built in the 80’s bit like a 101
