You could lift the engine a tad with some spacers on mounts. Theres some shallow filters that fit too.
Got a remote filter kit if you want it?
Does it remove the original filter housing ?

One of these so saves a little bit of height but may still have to lift engine slightly to avoid contact.
Problem with lifting the engine is the intake almost touches the bonnet as is (had to bend it up this weekend to clear) and really dont want taller bump stops
Does that screw on instead of the filter ?
You could always move the engine and box back a tad.
Exhaust is a few mm from the bulkhead already

Front bulkhead the manifold is almost touching (going to tubulars soon though

Other option is belt driven oil pump like dry sumps have.
could make tons of space and have better psi
