I replaced the NS track rod end on a discovery 1 for the MOT and when i went to get the tracking checked at the local ATS they told me that the tracking was only out on the other wheel and to adjust the one i had replaced would only make it worse. Is this right??
I thought they could set up the tracking on the track rod then set the wheels to straight ahead on the drop link

None of the tyre depots can really be trusted to do tracking
A/lack of training
B/can be arsed
C/no money in it
ask any body who was unlucky enough to have an old Vauxhall if they ever got theirs correct.

plus if you take it to places like that you will probably just get a wbs :D

a wire brush and spray with wd40
