Got one in my P38. It plugs in the cigarette lighter socket.
Me too. Takes up 6”x6” weighs nothing. Blows a fuse in it if I pump up a whole tyre in one go, can either let it cool down or I have pack of fuses for impatient scenarios

I’m getting slightly smaller more road type tyres when these ones eventually go

That’s why they switch off trailer hitch if you don’t have it. Saves on recalls when it goes wrong even though it’s not needed.
People are amazed that a non EGR p38 is capable of passing emissions without an MAF. It’s no surprise that less electronics means less to go wrong but they believe it’s essential

The test is geared to the year of manufacture and is thus likely to have a different pass limit for opacity which is all that is tested.

I do wish I’d found this post before starting work fitting towing electrics to our 2013MY L320 Range Rover Sport. I got as far reading all the fitting instruction, removing all the trim in the boot, destroying half the fixings in the process, knocking out the bungs, dropping the spare wheel, ripping my hands to bits routing the wiring harness and then discovering that the connectors were not behind the LH boot trim😱
Now I’ve got to make good the broken bits, put it all back and then take off the bumper!
Hey ho. I’ll know next time😂
