Seen a few snorkels fitted to Discovery TD5s but I've got a few questions on the practicalities, I have addressed most but interested in others views:
1/ What do you do about the dump valve at the bottom of the air box and the stupid rubber cover / 1 way valve which keeps falling off ?
2/ Have you sealed up the other hole in the bottom of the air box, small square one ?
3/ Should the air compressor be moved higher up or even inside the Disco ?
4/ Do you extend the rear diff breather ?
5/ Do you remove the viscous fan ?
6/ Is there a waterproof connection between the air box and the inside front wing, the standard one is not waterproof ?
7/ Anything else done to the electricals higher up in the engine bay ?
Maybe they are a good thing, been a bit damp in Suffolk recently - not sure yet especially as I passed 2 Discovery's abandoned in water which was not particularly challenging.
