Hi I m new to this,so please bare with me and my ramblings.
Have a Range Rover 2.5 Deisel 1997.Have just fitted cam chain, tentioners, rails and pulleys. vehicle is running perfect at idle and standstill, but when in gear and driven goes into emergency mode.
Have been told by technition that it is more than likely" Engine speed signal lift sensor"
Question what is this, where is it located and is there any chance this fault could have developed as a result of changing cam chain.
Await any help cheers Tim
