If you only had one tire fitted ,it can upset the front and rear rotations ,and side to side ,,,but a big enough difference,can (hate to bang on ) upset the viscous coupling and it starts with a drumming ,as front and rear are rotating at different speed s:(..;)
 
Could be a bad tyre. The wheel also could be warped although you would feel that in the steering wheel or your seat.
Propshaft support and support bearing maybe?

Upon researching, I've arrived at the bomb-shell that the stuff you sent me is exclusively (that means only) purchasable from the 'Christian Herald'...

the perturbing part (other than their suggestion of turning the other cheek) is that they ceased trading in 2006 ergo I'm of a mind to have that cream isotope dated.
