Hi all,
This is my first post but I doubt it will be my last! My girlfriend was driving the disco 2 td5 today and the ABS, Hill descent control and traction control light came on along with 3 chimes sounding. They stayed on after the engine was restarted.
Being new to land rovers (in the big scheme of things!) I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction so I can try to fix it. Thanks!

Hi, welcome to the club, you can find loads of info about that on the web but the easy way is to read the stored fault code and start from there, no worries it's not something crucial unless you are unlucky to be the ECU or modulator at fault(not very common)... untill then i'll make it easy for you: http://bfy.tw/Dwio

As @sierrafery has already suggested, you really need to get the fault codes read.
Your problem is usually known as the "3 amigos" and is usually caused by either a fault with the wheel speed sensing or a fault with the shuttle valve switches in the ABS modulator. These are the usual causes, there are some less usual causes, but the only way to find out is to get the fault codes read with a compatible code reader.

a good man on here diagnosed mine yesterday and cleared the lights...turned out to be a simple broken wire on the abs sensor

Thanks all - really helpful :) It would be great if someone could read the codes for me, I'm in Waterlooville (which is near Portsmouth) if anyone is local - I dare say that there's a beer in it!

Did you get this sorted?

If not see the map here for D2BC members who have Nanocom/Hawkeye, and no doubt will help a fellow member......
