Good news then, sounds like it's just a case of them vibrating loose.

Careful not to drop anything while hooking the washer out.

I use a flat head screw driver, big enough for the tip to go into the washer but not all the way, that will lift it out, don't use too much pressure. The pencil is a good idea but be careful what ever you use.
Make sure you put the new one in the right way if its corrugated like on the TD's.

Cant believe this.. Thought id go out and give the pencil a try before it got dark, worked first time James Thanks.
Anyway the washer dropped through on the bottom, crawled under the truck to pick it up and what was lying there right in front of me, THE DAM CLAMP WITH NUT AND STUD.
Put it all back together with new washer on injector, I lost a one of the tiny washers on the spill pipe that goes on the side, fired it up everything back to normal again.
Gonna do all the studs to correct Torque when I get more time in the daylight. probably next weekend. Looks like another two of the spill pipes only have one washer on as well so will do them as well.
I've got a spare clamp and stud coming on Tuesday if anyone needs one, not sure whether to change the stud or not for the new one ?
So Thanks Everyone for help and advice, and saving me a few quid at the garage.
Hope yous don't mind but Got another on going problem too so will start another thread soon.
Thanks Again

Well done chap, you said near the beginning you are no good at this kinda stuff....well, with some great advice and a point in the right direction, you have done something you wouldn't have tried before......and succeeded.

Top job.
