might be worth checking injector clamps tight ,would need a new washer if it is blowing

Sorry 200Tdi, was fine this morning, looks like its air spitting when the engine was running, very loud clanking sound, but there is oil there too.

Thanks, Cant seem to find them. Usually end up getting my parts from Paddocks bu they don't seem o list his part no.

Why do you want clamps? Do you need them?

If it's clamped down and blowing you need washers. ERR 4621

Had a look today in daylight. The second injector in from bulkhead is out higher then the rear this is the one that's puffing out . Looks like steam or a mist of diesel.

Surely it's not difficult to tell the difference?

Hint: one leaves an oily residue and smells like diesel......the other doesn't :)

Probably diesel please excuse me I'm no good at this stuff. Just trying to get advice. Cheers

Coming out from the bottom of injector puffing out like a steam train when engine running

So, the injector is no longer sealed to the cyl head. the big question is why, as the clamp should not really come loose, and I sugegst you need to find out why seal that has "failed"

I.E. clamp loose/broken/missing (!) / threads stripped in head or on clamp bolt etc., etc.

post a pic up, and folks will be able to see whats missing....
