Why do you want clamps? Do you need them?
If it's clamped down and blowing you need washers. ERR 4621

Surely it's not difficult to tell the difference?
Hint: one leaves an oily residue and smells like diesel......the other doesn't

Where exactly is the Diesel/oil coming from?
So, the injector is no longer sealed to the cyl head. the big question is why, as the clamp should not really come loose, and I sugegst you need to find out why seal that has "failed"
I.E. clamp loose/broken/missing (!) / threads stripped in head or on clamp bolt etc., etc.
post a pic up, and folks will be able to see whats missing....
